I publish printable generators, ready-to-print pages, and guides under the PrintSimple name. Each page should help with a specific task. I do not promise that a printable will change a child's behavior, improve a grade, or produce the same result in every home or classroom.

Content standards

Printable pages are written around visible use cases, clear setup steps, and examples that match the printable being offered. New indexable pages should have a distinct purpose, useful content, internal links, unique metadata, and structured data that matches what visitors can read on the page.

I do not publish fake reviews, fake ratings, hidden copy, keyword stuffing, or expertise claims I cannot support. When several pages would answer the same question, I keep the material together instead of changing a few words and calling each variation a new guide.

How I create and review pages

A new page starts with a routine, checklist, classroom support, or planning job that a printable can handle. Before publishing, I check the edit and print path, examples, related links, page title, preview image, and the structured information search engines read. Those details must match the visible page.

I update a page when a link breaks, a generator changes, an instruction is unclear, or a claim needs a firmer limit. Search data can point me toward a problem, but it is not a reason to pad a page with extra words.

Software and AI assistance

I use software tools, including AI-assisted drafting and editing, while maintaining copy, examples, metadata, and technical checks. I review the published result and remain responsible for it. Automation does not prove professional expertise or real-world results.

Safety boundaries

Behavior, classroom, and family-routine printables are general organization and educational support tools. They are not medical, therapeutic, legal, clinical, school-policy, or crisis guidance.

Behavior-related pages should use supportive wording, privacy-aware examples, and practical setup advice. They should not encourage public shaming, punitive tracking, diagnosis, treatment, or replacement of a family, classroom, or professional decision.

Privacy and analytics

The core generators work without an account. Private generator text typed into printable fields stays in the browser preview and should not be sent to analytics. Analytics events should use non-sensitive metadata such as page slug, tool id, category, action type, and destination domain.

Affiliate and advertising standards

Ads and a small number of affiliate links may help support the free tools. They do not belong inside the printable or between the form and its preview. I include a product link only when the item is optional and directly connected to the page.
