Editorial Policy
PrintSimple publishes printable generators, ready-to-print pages, and practical guides for families, classrooms, and everyday organization. The goal is to help visitors create useful pages quickly, not to make broad promises about outcomes.
Content standards
Printable pages are written around visible use cases, clear setup steps, and examples that match the printable being offered. New indexable pages should have a distinct purpose, useful content, internal links, unique metadata, and structured data that matches what visitors can read on the page.
PrintSimple avoids fake reviews, fake ratings, hidden content, keyword stuffing, and unsupported expertise claims. If a topic belongs in one strong parent guide instead of several thin pages, the parent guide is the preferred format.
How we create and review pages
New generator pages, printable landing pages, and resource guides start from a specific use case: a routine, classroom support, checklist, planning page, or ready-to-print document that someone can actually use. Before publishing, PrintSimple checks the page for a working printable path, clear examples, useful internal links, unique metadata, preview image coverage, and structured data that matches visible content.
We update pages when a printable flow changes, a link breaks, a generator needs clearer instructions, a claim needs a tighter boundary, or Search Console and site audits show that visitors may not be finding the most helpful matching page. Updates should make the page more useful to people first, not just add keywords.
Safety boundaries
Behavior, classroom, and family-routine printables are general organization and educational support tools. They are not medical, therapeutic, legal, clinical, school-policy, or crisis guidance.
Behavior-related pages should use supportive wording, privacy-aware examples, and practical setup advice. They should not encourage public shaming, punitive tracking, diagnosis, treatment, or replacement of a family, classroom, or professional decision.
Privacy and analytics
The core generators work without an account. Private generator text typed into printable fields stays in the browser preview and should not be sent to analytics. Analytics events should use non-sensitive metadata such as page slug, tool id, category, action type, and destination domain.
Affiliate and advertising standards
Affiliate links and ads may help support the free tools, but they should not be placed inside printable output or between the main generator form and printable preview. Product recommendations should be practical, optional, and connected to the page where they appear.
